17 oz. Castelli Gorgonzola
and Mascarpone cheese
1 cup whole walnuts
1 cup toasted hazelnuts
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dessert wine
4 tablespoons of acacia honey
Place the raisins in the wine to soften. Arrange the brick of Gorgonzola and Mascarpone cheese on a serving dish and garnish with the nuts and raisins, creating an arched row down the length of the cheese, alternating 1 walnut, 2 hazelnuts, 3 pine nuts and 4 raisins. Brush the honey over the entire composition. Serve with dessert wine.
